Cheesy Stuffed Crust Pizza

Everybody loves more cheese on their pizza but how about inside, too? Frigo® Cheese Heads® String Cheese rolled up inside the crust will make everybody say "cheese!"

Ingredients

1 can (10 ounce) refrigerated pizza crust, cornmeal, 12 Frigo® Cheese Heads® String Cheese sticks, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 16 slices pepperoni or your favorite meat or vegetable toppings.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Unroll pizza crust onto baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal and smooth into a 13x9-inch rectangle. Press 2 pieces of String Cheese along each long edge of crust and 1 ½ pieces along each narrow edge. Fold crust over and around cheese; seal cheese inside crust by pressing edges. Top with pizza sauce, toppings and remaining String Cheese pulled into narrow strips and cut cross-wise into 1-inch pieces. Bake pizza 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
