Queso Blanco and Chorizo

Frigo® Cheese Heads® String Cheese adds a delightfully savory twist to this crisp classic.

Supplies

  • Thomas’ English Muffin
  • Frigo® Cheese Heads® Queso Blanco & Chorizo Combo Pack
  • 3 Tbsp Enchilada Sauce

Directions

  1. Turn on oven to broiler setting.
  2. On a baking tray, place the split Thomas’ English Muffins with the cut sides facing up.
  3. Add 3 Tbsp canned enchilada sauce and top with slices of Frigo® Cheese Heads® Queso Blanco & Chorizo Sticks.
  4. Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
