Supplies
- Soft, white bread slices (one slice makes 1 roll, cut up to 4 pieces)
- Cream cheese
- Your favorite veggies, thinly sliced. We suggest any of the following:
-Sweet peppers
-Cucumbers
-Avocado
-Spring onions
-Carrots
-Olives
- Frigo® Cheese Heads® Smart Snacking sticks
Directions
- Lay one slice of soft, white bread on a smooth surface.
- Roll the slice flat with a rolling pin and cut off the edges of the bread. Spread the bread with a thin layer of cream cheese.
- Then, lay on thin slices of your favorite veggies! Experiment with how many veggies make the perfect roll!
- Add peeled strings of your favorite Frigo® Cheese Heads® Smart Snacking string cheese (Light, Cheese Heads Superstring®, etc.).
- Carefully roll up the bread until the ends meet (use a bit more cream cheese to seal the ends, if needed).
- Using a serrated knife, gently cut into pieces and serve!
