Meaty Potato Skins

Supplies
- 4 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into 8 pieces
- 4 sticks each of your favorite Frigo® Cheese Heads® Snacking Combos
- 1 green onion, sliced
Directions
- Preheat the broiler.
- Using a fork, prick the potatoes all over. Microwave them until they’re soft, 5–7 minutes. Cut them in half and scoop out the centers, leaving about a ½ inch of potato flesh in each half. Place one piece of butter into each potato skin half. Then, place them on a broiler pan and broil for 2 minutes. Brush the melted butter over all of the flesh and broil for 2 more minutes.
- While the potatoes are in the oven, cut up 4 meat sticks and 4 cheese sticks.
- Carefully remove the pan from the oven and fill each potato with equal portions of both the meat and cheese.
- Return them to the oven and broil them for 2–6 minutes, watching for the cheese to melt.
- Sprinkle the potato skins with the green onions and serve.
