4 Frigo® Cheese Heads® Colby Jack Wisconsin Snacking Cheese sticks
1 8-ounce can crescent rolls
1 cup prepared pulled pork with BBQ sauce
1 diced jalapeno, optional
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cut the Frigo® Cheese Heads® Colby Jack Wisconsin Snacking Cheese sticks in half lengthwise and crosswise, yielding 16 pieces.
Unroll and separate the crescent rolls and place them onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Then, spoon the pulled pork evenly among the rolls. Top with two pieces of cheese each and sprinkle with jalapeno to taste, if desired.
Roll each crescent up, starting at the shortest side of the triangle and rolling to the opposite point. Then, place point side down and bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
